  • A can of Chickpeas (Garbanzo)

  • Mayonnaise 2 teaspoons
  • Chopped chives (2 )
  • Garlic Tabasco
  • Black pepper

Mash canned garbanzo beans  (chick peas) with a fork. Mix in mayonnaise, chives, ground pepper, few drops of tabasco, add salt only if needed ( canned garbanzo has salt in it). Place lettuce first and then sliced tomatoes on the bread. Top this with the mixture made. Garnish with chives. There you are! An easy, delicious, healthy and filling meal!
