Saudi users of social networking sites have launched a philanthropic campaign this Ramadan called Eidiya during Eid holidays for the street cleaners in Saudi Arabia, according to Sabq news.

Eidiya is a gift given on the occasion of Eid. The campaign is aimed at giving Eidiya in the form of a charged calling card and a chocolate. The calling card would come in handy as most of the street cleaners are expatriates, and they could use the card to call their families back home.

The campaign poster displays a picture of a street cleaner and a message about doing good deeds and its effect on the workers in the kingdom. The campaign has received a huge response from among social media followers in Saudi.
