Passport authorities will begin accepting travel documents issued by the consulate to put exit stamps for those who wish to leave the Kingdom and do not have original passports.
When the applicant visits the deportation center with passport/travel document, his biometric data will be recorded and exit stamp issued. The exit process will apply to all expats regardless of nationality.
Kidwai said that biometric data will not hinder any worker from re-entering the Kingdom and that it was not necessary to present an air ticket.
He added that educational degrees for change of professions are not required by the Ministry of Labor except for professional jobs like doctors or engineers. Special kafala (sponsorship) transfer areas have been launched to enable sponsorship change; the service is also available online.
The Labor Ministry provides a password for its Web portal through which individuals may correct their professions without fees. However domestic workers may change their profession through Passport Office only. Links to

Kidwai said that emergency certificates will start being issued on Tuesday. According to serial number of registration base, 500 emergency certificates will be delivered on June 30.
