middle east mapIn retaliation for Saudi Arabia’s support to the Syrian revolution, Iran has threatened to attack Saudi, reported Sabq news.

Iranian politicians, via the country’s media, have threatened to carry out reprisals and terrorist attacks that would target Saudi Arabia and its allies in the region.

The Iranian-backed Iraqi Hezbollah was quoted to target crucial interests in Saudi Arabia such as ports, oil wells, and security headquarters and the capital of the kingdom. Iran also has allies in Yemen and Lebanon, which will help carry out the Iranian agenda in the region.

According to the American daily USA Today, if America strikes against Syria, the top-most concern would be Iran’s reaction to the fall of the Syrian regime.
