Marie biscuits: 2 1/2 cups crumbled
Butter melted: 1/2 cup or 100g
Cream cheese: 1 cup or 200g
Nestle sweetened condensed milk: 1 tin(395g )
Nestle cream : 1 tin (170g)
Vanilla powder: 1 tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Gelatin powder: 1 tablespoon or 10g dissolved in 1/4 cup or 60 ml hot water.
1 .Combine biscuit with butter. Press mixture into a loose bottom cake pan. place in fridge for 10 minutes.
2. Using a food processor,beat cream cheese, nestle sweetened condensed milk, nestle cream, vanilla powder and lemon juice until smooth.
3. Stir the melted gelatine into the cream cheese mixture, spoon over the biscuit and then place in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours until completely set.
4. When cheesecake is firm, top with desired topping( jam/ blueberry sauce etc)
