logo_passportsThe Director General of Passports in Saudi confirmed that all its branches in the kingdom will provide its services during the Eid Al-Fitr holidays, reported Akhbaar24.

This is based on a directive from the Interior Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Nayef. Director General, Lt Gen Salim Muhammad Al-Blaihid said the offices would provide services for both Saudi citizens and expatriates to complete processing emergency cases that cannot be postponed. The passport offices at the airports, seaports, and borders will work round the clock.

Al-Blaihid urged citizens and expatriates to use the department’s electronic services, ‘Abshir’ through which most emergency cases can be processed.
