The Saudi Electricity Company has decided to go paperless and issue electronic bills as part of a national drive to promote digital services, starting from the end of this month.

The company has set the date of the 28th of each month for issuing electronic bills to subscribers, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

Consumers may follow-up their e-bills on its portal (se.com.sa), smartphone application ‘Alkahraba’ and official accounts on social media. Subscribers may also directly communicate with the customer service center at 920001100 for inquiries regarding the value of the bill and consumption details.
