AIDSPolice in Asir have started a manhunt to find two expat women after two Saudi youngsters contracted AIDS through illicit sexual relations with the women in the city of Abha.

The men, aged 18 and 25, learned that they were HIV positive following a routine check-up at a government hospital in the south-western Saudi Arabian province.

The men admitted that they had unprotected sex with two women beggars. The duo informed health officials that the Syrian women said that would sleep with the men in exchange for money. Police have since launched an investigation to identify the women, reported Sabq news.
