Seven young Saudi men were arrested at a mall in the eastern province of Dhahran for offering ‘free kisses’ to passers-by. The men , aged 16 to 20 years were stopped by security personnel after they were found carrying a placard that said “Free Kisses”.

The youngsters have been handed over to competent authorities. Earlier this week, 3 men were arrested by the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice for engaging in the “Free Hugs” campaign where in some Saudi men carried  a banner bearing the words “free hug” in a public place and offered hugs to passers-by.
